6th November 2023
Pitching Day at MRSM Kubang Pasu
Representatives from Amir, Tan & Associates and Haziq, Teo & Co visited MRSM Kubang Pasu on 6th November 2023 to formally present our proposal to Vice Principal Madam Wan Nor Akmal. During the presentation, we meticulously outlined the contents of our program and also addressed specific concerns, especially relating to the selected date and venue to ensure it is compatible with the academic schedule of the Form 4 students.
6th November 2023 Meeting
Group Meeting
The objective of this meeting is to gather all members from Firm 3, Haziq, Teo & Co., and Firm 4, Amir, Tan & Associates, to update on the progress of the program. During this meeting, our committees were formally established, and we began our discussions on the task distribution for Stage 2 and Stage 3.

13th November 2023 Meeting
Group Meeting
During the meeting, all members updated the progress of the proposal. Additionally, we discussed the contents to be included in the 'Stage 2' section of the website and detailed the plans for the SULAM event day, including the assignment of tasks among our team.
16th November 2023 Meeting
Group Meeting
The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss the latest updates in Stages 2 and 3 of our program. The focus is on gathering the latest updates from each department, namely Promotion, Souvenir, Secretary, and Treasury, to ensure everything is on the right track.
19th November 2023 Meeting
Group Meeting
A meeting took place between Firm 3, Haziq, Teo & Co. and Firm 4, Amir, Tan & Associates, to discuss the activities for the event day. Our firm proposed two games: "Mystery Box of Effective Hibah" and a collaborative game called "Explore Race: Word Search." Each firm presented the rules and regulations of their respective games to ensure that all members are clear about them.
22th November 2023
On-Site Visit MRSM Kubang Pasu
On November 22, 2023, both firms conducted a site survey of the venue scheduled for our program at MRSM Kubang Pasu. The staff at MRSM Kubang Pasu warmly welcomed our visit. Eventually, we chose Dewan Baitul Hikmah, which can accommodate 122 students and offers ample space for our SULAM activities.

We also created social media platform to promote our SULAM project. Considering that a large number of our target audience actively engages with Instagram, we ultimately decided to boost our event via our Instagram account.
